There has been a growing interest within various chapters within the district to hold PLP's for our members, and as a result I would like to hold a training class for PLP Facilitators the weekend of May 21 & 22. Saturday May 21, 2011 would be a half day session for classroom training with Sunday May 22, 2011 being a whole day with range lay out in the morning and a "Sanctioned" PLP that afternoon for certification. It would be better if we could complete the Saturday session in time to lay out the course that afternoon and use all day Sunday for a 2 wheel PLP and the afternoon for a Trike PLP, however that would be pushing it a little.

What I need to know from each chapter is how many of your members are interested in becoming PLP Facilitators, and would be willing to attend a day and a half of training the weekend of May 21-22, 2011. In order to put on this training I need to have 6 or more individuals who have the desire to attend this training. Naturally I would love to have 12 or more there. Until I receive feed back from all chapters I will hold off on making arrangements for motel accommodations and a conference room for Saturday afternoons classroom work. I can tell you that the training will be conducted in the Lexington, SC area if all goes well.

This is Monday March 28,2011 and I need your feed back as soon as possible, but no later than April 23, 2011 in order to finalize arrangements and get word out to those interested as to what local motel I have secured a reasonable room rate with, and the exact location where the training will be held.

Please get word concerning this training to your members as soon as possible, and thanks in advance for your support in this endeavor.
